Key Features
- Cone shaped shell, up to 2.5cm high.
- Shiny 'mother of pearl' inside shell openings.
- Shell grey-green with purple zigzags.
- 'Tooth' on inside of mouth opening.
Where to look:
In rockpools, on boulders or on open rock in the middle shore.
Effects of warming sea:
Will become more common and move further north.
