Complete update of habitat maps

All the habitat (biotope) maps have been updated, as of December 2016. Thanks to a collaboration with JNCC and EMODNET, all of our biotope maps are populated with the latest biotope records, based on the EMODNET Seabed Habitats dataset (http://www.emodnet-seabedhabitats.eu).
